Stewardship and pledging for 2024
Each year we focus a few weeks on the topic of stewardship. Stewardship is about how we use our time, our spiritual gifts, our talents, and our money. Stewardship is one of the ways we tell the church and the world that our discipleship is a priority in our lives. Stewardship is about acknowledging that what we have is a gift from God, and we want to give back part of what we have.
Part of stewardship relates to how we pledge, or promise, to use our money to support the church. This year, we brought our pledges for 2024 to the October 29 worship service to be consecrated. If you were not able to bring your pledge that day, or otherwise have not yet sent in your pledge, you can still do so. Simply send an email to office@mhumc.com with the following information:
- Your name and mailing address
- Amount you are pledging to give in 2024, and how often you will be giving (e.g. a certain amount every month)
A pledge is a promise of giving. If your circumstances change and you need to adjust your pledge, you can do so with an email to office@mhumc.com stating what the change is.
Your donations make possible the mission and ministry of the Morgan Hill United Methodist Church
Your continued financial support remains critical to our ability to be in ministry to our community and through our connections as a United Methodist Church. Please find below several ways you can make a donation, or pay your tithe or pledge, in-person or from wherever you are.

Special Sundays include Human Relations Day, Native American Ministries Sunday, World Communion Sunday, UMCOR Sunday, Peace With Justice Sunday, and United Methodist Student Day.
