During this Holy Week, we have several opportunities to reflect on all that happened in Jesus’s time between Palm Sunday and Easter. You are welcome to participate in as many as you like.
4/14 Maundy Thursday: At the 7pm worship service, we remember Jesus’s last Supper with his disciples as we celebrate Holy Communion and are reminded of Jesus’s words to the disciples. Please enter the church through the front doors, as another group may be meeting in the Fellowship Hall.
4/15 Good Friday: On the day that Jesus was crucified we recall the event by walking the Stations of the Cross. The church will be open from 2 pm to 6 pm for individuals who wish to come and consider the path Jesus took to the cross.
4/16 Holy Saturday: Our prayer vigil will cover the hours of 10 am to 4 pm. During this time we are asking individuals to sign up for a half hour to pause in their daily schedule and pray at their home. Contact Trish in the office for details.
4/17 Easter: Alleluia! Christ is Risen! Our 10am worship service tells the story of Jesus’s resurrection in song and word. After the service, our children come together for a traditional Easter egg hunt, and we have a celebratory fellowship time outside.
