So much of our process of discernment does not happen alone but in dialogue with other faithful Christians. As United Methodists, by affirming diversity, we are affirming that no one of us can have all the truth. It is in community that we find the fullest sense of God's Word in our time. So, this site will connect you to a number of different things that are being said by United Methodists talking together from their unique perspective offering the best in their own faithful statement.
The United Methodist Review is the national, conference and district newspaper. It comes out every two weeks and copies are kept in the fellowship hall near the bulletin board. The paper has represented a number of different view points and perspectives on the developing controversy. There are articles about issues coming up in United Methodism, there are many letters to the editor about this, and there are some pleas by leaders and members.
